As a reminder, this week, National Junior Honor Society is sponsoring a Spirit Week! Attached is the flyer describing today's theme, "Superhero Day."
Today's fun activity suggestion is: check out Sesame Street's YouTube channel! They've added some great videos about calming techniques, including "monster meditation" for when you're trying to do too many things at once! There are also story times and other fun things!
